Go ahead and spend tax payers dollars for something that should not be in the first place. Faced with an Aged Grid, that the government is pushing hard to become Smart, security is needed.  I’ve got an idea, give NoGridUSA.org 34 million and we will get a lot of houses up and running with Fuel Cells. We can forget about the grid.
